Reflexology

Reflexology is an ancient art which works on the principles of zone therapy and believes that all the organs of the body are mapped onto the feet. Anne qualified as a Reflexologist in 2006 and has undertaken further study in the fields of infertility and maternity.

It can be really helpful with what are often called the ‘minor disorders of pregnancy’ such as morning sickness, backaches, swollen feet etc. Babies can also receive Reflexology.

If the pregnancy continues beyond 40 weeks, there are Reflexology treatments to help the mother and baby get into a receptive frame of mind to let labour start naturally.
